Was a lovely day today so Bev and I decided we’d go out on our bikes and try and find a nice route to take the kids on next time we were all free together. We headed towards Lynemouth to the North as we knew the cycle path went all the way there, once there we headed off towards the coast and Cresswell, no cycle path but a very quiet road and an ordinary path the kids could use if they didn’t feel comfortable on the road (road was full of holes). There wasn’t too many places on the route that didn’t have a path of some sort so we felt that the kids would be fine and now can’t wait till we can disappear for the day.

Did about 14 miles in total today, in only 2 hours I hasten to add as we had to get back for an appointment for Bev, slowly building up, we may be ready for that cycling holiday next year after all ;)
