I don’t run, I don’t like running, I’m the wrong shape for running ;-) So why am I running? We’ve decided we want to do the Great North Run before we get too old, just to say we’ve done it. We’ve missed out on the application this year (probably just as well) but are starting our training now for next year, lets see how long we last ;-)

We’re starting off with the Couch to 5k training (C25K) which is a training plan that builds you up bit by bit and takes you from sitting on your arse through to running for 30mins or 5k, if your speed is there, in 9 weeks. Then we can work from there and build more.
