Been playing with my phone again and have now set up a flickr account to use with it. To make it easy (for me) to remember how to get to it I have set up a sub-domain with a PHP Header redirect, you can find my flickr gallery at http://flickr.the-tribe.me.uk. I will be uploading photos from my phone, currently testing with any random rubbish I come up with so who knows what will appear. Hopefully I’ll eventually fill it with interesting stuff I see while out and about, if I remember I have a camera to snap off any pics. :)

My phone came in very handy yesterday while I was at work, I had forgotten that the football was on Sky live and kick off was 12:45pm and I wasn’t due to finish work until after that. I suddenly remembered while delivering so opened up the Sky Active program on my phone and browsed to the TV guide and set a recording for the football, which was then sent to my Sky+ box at home and set the recording. I arrived home 15mins after the match kicked off and I loaded up the recording and watched the first half 15mins behind, once it was finished I then fast forwarded through the half time review and adverts and watched the second half live, I love technology :D

I have almost a week off from work now, should have been a week but with Christmas on its way I’m needed so am working Monday and Wednesday. I offered for Tuesday too but they have cover that day. I can’t do past Wednesday as I have a list a mile long of stuff I need to do to prepare for Christmas (decorating etc. <shudder>) so I still get a holiday from official work but maybe not from work altogether :)
