New Phone
My new phone arrived yesterday, my Nokia N95 and I think I’m going to like it :D I need to test it properly, my current number will transfer to my new phone on friday, easier than keeping the new one, damn giving out my number to work, schools and football coaches etc.
Well, back to work today, late starts began also, 10:15 start and an apparent 14:15 finish, as it happens it was 15:15 when I finished, heavy heavy day today, must be a backlog for some reason *whistle. My hours are listed as 10:15-13:45 delivery, 13:45-13:55 pouching off (taking any undelivered parcels or letters back to the post office for return to the depot) and 13:55-14:15 meal relief. There’s no time for prepping my delivery, bundling and bagging up and getting out to my first delivery point, which today was about an hour. Supposedly once things get sorted out I will apparently just turn up and get my mail which will be all bundled and bagged and go to my first delivery point, although I still don’t have any travelling time down. Mind you, I am being moved from my Newbiggin delivery, which I enjoy, to an Ashington one in a couple of weeks. Hopefully that will be one I can enjoy too and not somewhere round here, too bloody rough ;)
